Main surgery

The main surgery is located near to the centre of the town, conveniently close to the shops and retail pharmacies which are a short walk away.

Please refer to the Map below for the location of the surgery.  The surgery, which is two-storey brick building, is immediately on the right after turning into Lower Baxter Street from Looms Lane.  There is no vehicle access to Lower Baxter Street from Abbeygate Street.

Pay-And-Display car parking is available in the car park opposite the surgery on Lower Baxter Street and Pay-And-Display street parking is available in Looms Lane and Lower Baxter Street, as well as on Angel Hill.  Additional car parks are located off Parkway, next to the Arc complex (on the southbound carriageway, south of the Risbygate junction), at Ram Meadow (off Cotton Lane), near the bus station in St. Andrew's Street North (accessed from Parkway, north of Out Risbygate, opposite the fire station) and the multi-storey car park (accessed from Parkway, south of Out Risbygate, near Cineworld).  Unfortunately, the practice is unable to offer parking to patients.

If you are travelling by bus, the surgery is a short walk from the central bus station via St. Andrew's Street North and the, mostly, pedestrianised Brentgovel Street to the junction of Looms Lane and Lower Baxter Street.

The Barrow branch is located in the village of Barrow, 7 miles west of Bury St. Edmunds.  Refer to the Barrow map, below for the location of the surgery.

The surgery is on the road to Hargrave and is on the left when leaving Barrow towards the south-east.
