to accept registrations from outside this area. To register, please call at our reception desk, bringing with you your medical card. You will be asked to complete a form with personal details about yourself and any immediate family members you are registering at the same time. It would be helpful (and reduce the time taken) if you completed a pre-registration form, for each person, prior to actual registration.
