Complaints

We value all feedback about the practice and the service we provide.  If you have a complaint or concern about your experience with the practice, please click here to view our Patient Complaints Procedure and information about your right to complain.

Our aim is that all complaints or issues are resolved informally with the relevant Departmental Manager in the first instance. However, should this not be possible, the Practice Manager can be contacted via email at gbs.feedback@nhs.net.
