Sarah has been in post as the practice’s Clinical Pharmacist since September 2017 having previously worked in our Barrow Pharmacy from 2015.  She works as part of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, focused on the safe and effective management of chronic diseases (long-term conditions) especially type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
